Delivery Information

How much does delivery cost?

- Standard delivery: €149 fee (payable to Snooze or directly to delivery company)

- We remove your old mattress free of charge

Who handles delivery?

Deliveries are carried out by our trusted 3rd party delivery service partners.

Who pays for return shipping?

- Faulty or incorrectly described items: Snooze covers return shipping costs

- Non-faulty returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

How should I care for my mattress?

Frame Requirements:

- Use correct frame - solid platform for platform beds

- Confirm adjustable base compatibility before use

Essential Care

- Use a mattress protector (required for warranty claims)

- Keep your receipt and law tag on mattress

- Follow manufacturer stain removal procedures

- Rotate mattress 180° three to four times yearly

- Only flip if specified (Snooze Flip models can be flipped at your discretion)

What changes should I expect?

Natural changes in softness and foam recovery times occur due to use, temperature, and humidity - this is normal.

What does the warranty cover?

While the warrant details will vary by manufacturer, they may include physical defects such as sagging and coil issues, and/or manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What voids my warranty?

- Comfort issues (not covered)

- Stains, odours, rips, and material abuse

- Breach of fire barrier

- Not using proper mattress protector

- Removing law tag from mattress

What information or documents should I have for a warranty claim?

- Original receipt

- Mattress with law tag intact

- Photos of any defects (if applicable)

Sleep Trials & Guarantees

What are my online shopping rights?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022:

- 14-day cooling-off period from delivery date

- Right to cancel and return for full refund

- Mattress must be in unused, resalable condition

- In-store purchases are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period

What is the 100-night mattress trial?

Select new mattresses include a 100-night comfort trial, allowing you to experience the mattress at home with the option to return if not completely satisfied (terms and conditions apply).

Do you have a price guarantee?

Yes we do! If you find the same mattress for less at an authorized Irish retailer within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the difference (must be like-for-like on specifications and warranty).

Do you have a comfort guarantee?

Yes we do! Sleep soundly knowing you chose right. Up to 100-night comfort trial on select mattresses ensures your investment delivers the sleep you need.

Do you have a quality guarantee?

Yes we do! Every mattress backed by manufacturer warranty. From Snooze collections to Tempur, King Koil, ODearest, and Spring Air - your investment is protected for years of restful nights ahead.

What are your business hours?

Our regular business hours are:

Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Sundays 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Do you offer financing?

Yes we do! Many mattress purchases are made with financing, as an easy way to build credit. You can apply for Humm financing directly online by clicking here.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my mattress if I don't like it?

For Online Purchases:


Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return your order for a full refund. The mattress must be in unused and resalable condition.

For Store Purchases:

- A mattress protector must be used for return eligibility

- 30-day adjustment period required before initiating any mattress return

- Selected Tempur mattresses include a 100-night comfort trial

- Tempur-Pedic mattresses qualify for one-time refund within 90 days

- Between 120-365 days, you may receive 50% credit towards a new purchase

What items cannot be returned?

- Adjustable bases and custom orders

- Bedding items removed from original packaging (hygiene regulations)

- Pillows, sheets, and protectors removed from packaging

- Items with stains, odours, tears, or signs of misuse

- As-is, clearance or floor models

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods to the original payment method. Store returns incur a restocking fee.
